As Practice Lead , Dora successfully partners with organisations, filling roles through developing an in-depth understanding of the workings of their culture, personalities, and technical requirements .
With a diverse ethnic background, Dora has developed a well-rounded career incorporating talent recruitment, workforce planning, process re-engineering and has developed a strong understanding of cultural diversity and adaptability. She is very personable, consultative and especially skilled at understanding her clients resourcing needs. While in Europe, Dora worked for a global HR consultancy Mercuri Urval, recruiting for clients across the continent, and helped develop Business Process Outsourcing for PWC.
Most recently based in New Zealand, she’s worked for Madison Recruitment, Lansgate Partners, Beyond Recruitment, and Information Security Practice Lead for Presto and the Optimation Group. Dora has 15 years of IT recruitment, including the last five years specialising in the IT and Cyber Security space.

Jonathan Bear

Jo has been involved in Client Service for his entire career, always focused on delivering quality commercial solutions and outcomes for his clients.
Together with Paul, Jo built the premier manufacturing talent sourcing company Archer Europe (now part of Randstad) in Eastern Europe, and knows what is required to deliver high quality specialist talent services to clients.
Returning to NZ as Engagement Director for software company Infotools, Jo led the Microsoft account for Infotools and built their Seattle based office . Most recently he has been growing his family’s manufacturing business.
Jo leads Big Sky’s commercial operations.
Paul Juszkiewicz

Director Europe
Paul is one of the most experienced recruiters in Europe, with over 20 years in the European market.
He has developed and built several recruitment brands , and worked in some of the industry’s most prominent names in Randstad, Monster and Antal International. Most recently Paul has been involved in Business Development and Customer Service in IT.
Based in Poland and the UK, Paul leads Big Sky’s European operations.
